This therapeutic pilgrimage invites you to step beyond the studio and into Mother Nature's embrace.
Join us for eight weekend camping/hiking events along N. Georgia Mountain's Appalachian Trail: where mindful movement, breath awareness, and walking meditation merge with the natural rhythm of the land.
Hiking varied terrain supports functional strength, joint mobility, balance, bone density, and cardiovascular health, while uneven surfaces gently train coordination and proprioceptive awareness. Time outdoors also supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and restores mental clarity.
These hikes are not about speed or performance, but rather about moving with intention, reconnecting with our body, and remembering that walking is one of our most powerful natural forms of yoga.
Nature is the studio.
Movement is the medicine.

This Yoga Alliance–certified teacher training is as much a journey inward as it is a professional pathway. While some graduates go on to teach yoga, many enroll simply to deepen their personal practice, understand the why behind yoga, and apply its wisdom to everyday life, work, caregiving, leadership, and wellness.
Over nine immersive weekends, you’ll explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, meditation, and physical practice in a supportive, community-centered environment. The training is paced to fit real life, allowing time for integration, reflection, and meaningful growth between sessions.
Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to live with greater clarity, resilience, and embodiment, this training offers tools you’ll carry for a lifetime.
Come for the certification.
Stay for the transformation.
