UPCOMING EVENTS 2026

Badge for Georgia Appalachian Trail with scenic mountain and forest view.

Appalachian Trail Weekend Walk-a-bouts

Who Are You?
Are you the type who has achieved…
but is now asking deeper questions?
Not just: “How do I stay active?”
But: “How do I stay connected?”
“How do I move with purpose?”
“How do I live well, not just long?”
If so, this experience was designed for you.

More Than a Hike
Along the Appalachian Trail, something subtle happens.
The noise quiets.
The body finds rhythm.
The mind settles.
And over miles, not minutes;
you begin to remember yourself.
This is eudaimonic well-being:
Not pleasure.
Not escape.
But a deeper sense of:

meaning, alignment,  and inner steadiness.

The Experience
Each weekend, we walk intentionally through the Georgia mountains:
6–9 mile guided hikes.
Periods of silence and reflection
Therapeutic yoga for integration and recovery
Breathwork to regulate and restore
Space, real space, to think, feel, and recalibrate
By evening, you return to the YogaMobile.
Not just to rest,
but to integrate what the trail has revealed.

Why This Matters
Many high-functioning adults are:
Physically capable, mentally active; yet, spiritually undernourished.
This experience may restore the connection between all three.
You don’t just strengthen your body.
You reconnect to:
Your pace
Your breath
Your inner compass

The YogaMobile offers an intimate, grounded environment:

Should you accept this yogic adventure ⁉️

For 9-12 weekend camping/hiking events along N. Georgia Mountain's Appalachian Trail: where mindful movement, breath awareness, and walking meditation merge with the natural rhythm of the land.

Hiking varied terrain supports functional strength, joint mobility, balance, bone density, and cardiovascular health, while uneven surfaces gently train coordination and proprioceptive awareness.  Time outdoors also supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and restores mental clarity.

These hikes are not about speed or performance, but rather about moving with intention, reconnecting with our body, and remembering that walking is one of our most powerful natural forms of yoga.

Nature is the studio.

Movement is the medicine.
